Our trip to Finland and Norway was exceptional. In two weeks, we were able to experience so much, yet it never seemed rushed. All the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend our Zicasso tour company.

From start to finish, this was a flawlessly planned and deeply memorable trip. Zicasso’s travel specialist was exceptional—her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the destination came through in every element of the itinerary. We never had to think or worry about logistics; everything was seamlessly organized and waiting for us.
What really stood out was the flexibility built into our Lapland experience. When weather conditions shifted, the staff at our hotel in Lapland and activity guides rearranged our schedule without hesitation and with total professionalism. Rather than a disappointment, this adaptability led to some of the most extraordinary moments of the entire trip, including spectacular Northern Lights viewing that left our whole group speechless. The hotel team went out of their way to make sure every guest felt looked after and their warmth and hospitality made the experience feel truly special rather than just a packaged tour.
We were a group celebrating a milestone birthday and the travel company helped make it genuinely unforgettable. We would not hesitate to book with them again and will be recommending the travel specialist to anyone looking to explore Scandinavia.

My family had an amazing adventure in Finland that we will never forget. It included dog sledding, reindeer sledding, snowmobiles, ice karting, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, the Northern Lights, glass igloos, invisible forest suites, aurora huts, and a sauna. It was all set up by Zicasso's travel agent. She was amazing, in communication at every step, and ready to handle any issue that might arise. Everything she set up was on schedule and as she described in the itinerary.

Zicasso's travel specialist knows the Nordics inside and out. This is my second tour in the Nordics where I worked with her and the experience was superb, from the planning to actually experiencing the rich itinerary she designed. Her network of professionals in the different cities (Helsinki, Tallinn, Stockholm, Copenhagen) is part of her superpower. They are all very knowledgeable and, most of all, very friendly, while at the same time very aware of the high quality of client service she provides.
Her ultimate superpower is her empathy, which requires good listening skills. The two trips I took with her were different in terms of pace and types of activities. In both trips, she truly captured the experience that we desired and envisioned. Soon, I'll be arranging our third trip with her, for real!!!

We travelled to Finland on Thanksgiving week with the goal of seeing the aurora borealis – a bucket-list experience. Thanks to our Zicasso travel specialist, we not only saw the aurora borealis, but we also had a wonderful time awaiting its showing with a campfire meal in a kota, as well as stories and lessons on the science of the "lights show" from our very knowledgeable guide.
Throughout our seven-day trip, we had daily activities that fulfilled a truly Finland experience – from avanto (sauna and dip in frozen lake) to mushing to feeding reindeer and more! The best part was when our agent prepared a traditional Finnish dinner for us inside a kota that was right in the backyard of our rental.
It was an overall wonderful experience. Our agent was awesome! She was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions and requests in the planning stages, as well as during the trip itself. Her personal touch was just over and beyond! She and her company deserve five stars!
This was my second time using Zicasso and, once again, you guys did not disappoint!
