The hotels chosen were wonderful and, particularly important to us, well located to minimize wasted time. They truly made our trip exceptional!

We enjoyed a memorable experience in South Korea. Zicasso’s travel company made us feel throughout the process that they genuinely cared about making our experience in Korea as special as possible. We also appreciated their attention during our time in Korea. They didn’t plan the trip, take our payment, and disappear. They were there for us throughout our time in South Korea. There were no problems with any of the logistics. Drivers and guides were on time and where they were supposed to be. The hotels, guides, and restaurant recommendations were all very good.

My daughter and I had a wonderful two-week trip to Korea, thanks to Zicasso and our travel specialists at the travel company in Seoul. We booked our trip last minute and our travel specialist worked tirelessly to get the moving parts of our trip in place. She was so kind and easy to work with, changing the schedule when we requested and giving us choices of activities so we always had options, regardless of the weather. Whatever we needed, she made it happen. Both travel specialists were our guides on several occasions and it was delightful getting to know them both!

Zicasso's travel specialists really heard me when I told them my concerns. Then they came up with a plan that made me feel comfortable and confident.

The trip was well planned and generally well executed. The hotels were great and the guides were fabulous. We could have used a bit more support on the days we were on our own, with more custom-suggested itineraries, etc. But the planned days worked well and we saw what we wanted.

Our time in South Korea was a highlight of an Asia trip, thanks to the personal, knowledgeable, and attentive care that Zicasso’s travel specialists provided our group of four. The accommodations were excellent, the experiences were interesting and meaningful, and we especially appreciated their willingness to make some last-minute additions to our schedule.

One travel specialist’s experience working at the DMZ made our trip there so much more personal. The local guide set up for us in Gyeongju was also great. The travel specialists provided so many interesting perspectives on life in Korea. We felt well taken care of, thoroughly enjoyed our time with them, and left Korea with wonderful memories.
