There was excellent planning for our awesome trip! We loved everything about it! The scenery, history, food, and people! Our drivers/guides were fantastic! We will recommend this Zicasso company to all our friends!

We had a great trip. There were some tiny glitches along the way, but that's to be expected. We saw most of what I had planned on. It was easy to work with our agent.

The trip was amazing. Zicasso’s travel specialist had really good advice and was able to “read” us as travelers to help plan all of our adventures. The hotels were top-notch, and every person we encountered that she put in place took wonderful care of us.

She was in constant contact with us and even when the airline canceled and rescheduled my flights home (twice) due to a strike by crew members, the travel specialist stayed with me through my entire trip home, which was several different legs to get me to San Francisco. I highly recommend this travel company.

We were very pleased with all the arrangements that Zicasso's travel specialist made for us. Everything went smoothly and her recommendations as we planned the trip were right on. We might have cut our time in Ljubljana short if she hadn't suggested we stay two nights, and what a mistake that might have been! She knows the area and was extremely helpful in helping us form our itinerary, and she kept in touch electronically during the week in case we needed anything or had any questions. We were impressed with her service!

All the drivers were prompt, pleasant, and careful drivers. The local guides were good. I must mention we especially appreciated our guide in Pula, a mine of information on the history! And our guide at Lake Bled; she was informative and personable, thinking even to bring snacks and hot tea for a cool morning hike!

Zicasso’s travel specialist created a memorable and nearly stress-free trip for us. I can’t recommend this travel specialist’s services highly enough. She made getting from place to place easy and the local guides she chose were terrific. We saw so many places we would not have known about if it weren’t for the travel specialist and enjoyed them so much more because of our local guides

I thought this was a well-planned itinerary. The route made sense and I enjoyed all of the places we visited. Our guides and drivers were friendly and well-informed. Our hotels were generally very good.
