Zicasso’s travel company did an excellent job helping us to plan our trip to Costa Rica. They offered very helpful suggestions about places to stay and tours to go on. They arranged all transfers, which operated flawlessly to get us from one place to another.

Zicasso’s travel agent was excellent and very responsive when we had issues during travel.

We were very disappointed in the tours in Ushuaia. The four-hour tour of the national park lasted less than three hours, with the guide spending more time on his phone than being a tour guide. Also, on the second tour, the guide was fabulous; however, six adults (all seniors) were crammed into a small SUV that you had to literally crawl out of. This made for a very uncomfortable day.

Zicasso's travel specialists were very helpful with adjusting to our change in plans before settling on a final itinerary. They also helped with a kid-friendly trip within our budget.

Our family had a fantastic trip to Argentina, traveling from Buenos Aires to Patagonia to Iguazú Falls. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job making the trip seamless and easy for us—from making itinerary suggestions, as we shared our hopes for the trip, to finding us tour guides for our private tours, to making dinner reservations when we had difficulty reaching a restaurant. He ensured reliable transportation for us from place to place and was always available if we had a question or issue.
