I think he did a fabulous job organizing our schedule and answering all my questions. He was always attentive and thorough. Later on, when his co-worker took over, she was also very thorough in explaining and answering any questions I had. Most of our tours were absolutely fantastic.

Zicasso’s travel agent and his team cultivated a fabulous trip for my wife and me. Everything was timely and well-executed, in accordance with the itinerary. The arranged drivers were friendly and informative, and the accommodations met our expectations.

We booked late and were impressed with what Zicasso’s travel company was able to put together on short notice.
We stayed at two totally different hotels, both wonderful. Our hotel near Drake Bay was in an amazing location, with breathtaking views. The staff was fantastic and the home-cooked meals were wonderful. The room was comfortable, but small, all you needed, nothing more. More spacious rooms were available; we just booked too late and wanted to stick to a budget. Getting to Drake Bay certainly required some effort, but it was well worth it. One day, we did not go on an excursion and had the entire beach to ourselves, how amazing.
From Drake Bay, we traveled to Puerto Jiménez, which was also a journey, but again, well worth it. The travel company booked us at our hotel in Puerto Jiménez, a hidden gem. We had great excursions, saw lots of wildlife, and met some wonderful people. Here too, the staff was great. We had an amazing time, when can we go back?

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team did an excellent job arranging our 10-day trip to Costa Rica. The four properties we stayed at ranged from very good to excellent. Transport arrangements were excellent, and the drivers were pleasant and professional. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed seeing the diversity of flora and fauna that the country has to offer.

Every driver was on time and every hotel and event booking was as scheduled. We saw so many wonderful sites and enjoyed the excellent food and culture of Costa Rica. We will definitely return.
