Zicasso’s travel specialist, our direct contact, and her team, including the travel company’s principal, were one text away when we needed them for last-minute reservations at restaurants, tickets to events, or minor changes to our itinerary. In Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Iguazú, the local drivers, guides, and hotel operators were true professionals in every sense of the word.

My wife and I just got back from our first trip to Colombia and had a great experience. The team made it extra-special. Zicasso’s travel specialist came up with a great itinerary and it was a true cultural experience.
All the guides were friendly, spoke good English, and were always on time. We learned about filigree, silleteras, saw how they make hats and other items out of palm leaves, tried many great Colombian dishes, and learned about the culture in Colombia.
We had a really special time getting to visit a musical school for kids from very poor neighborhoods and seeing the big positive impact it has made on their lives.
The travel specialist and the team delivered on all promises, and we highly recommend their services to anyone considering a trip to Colombia.
For anyone who has concerns about safety and the reputation Colombia has had regarding the drug trade, I want to say that we felt safe 100% of the time. Everyone was very friendly toward tourists and if you are looking for a cultural experience, this is worth the trip.
