Zicasso’s tour company was excellent. The trip was perfectly organized, the hotels were fabulous, and the excursions were just what we wanted. We needed to go between Christmas and New Year’s, of course, the busiest time, but she understood the assignment and worked over the weekend to make sure we got into the best possible places, both in the jungle and in San Pedro.

The weather became an issue, shutting down many organized adventure tours. She made it possible to iron out cancellations and rebook new tours pretty much every day of our vacation. Zicasso’s tour company created an impeccably planned, well-detailed, and carefully executed bespoke Mayan archaeology tour experience for us. We were in awe of every Mayan site and learned from each of the knowledgeable guides. All accommodations were excellent and the hand-offs from guides and drivers each day were well coordinated.
