The trip was perfect from start to finish. Our travel specialist did an amazing job putting the tour together for us. All aspects surpassed our expectations. The hotels were beautiful, historic, and centrally located. The tours were exactly what we wanted and all the guides were exceptionally well prepared and knowledgeable.
We used a mix of private and small-group tours, which worked well and added to the experience. The transportation via TGV trains worked perfectly. This was our first time using Zicasso and we were thrilled with the results. It was truly a very memorable trip.

My daughter and I overall had a fantastic trip. It was arranged on very short notice, and I really appreciated the travel agent working with us with such short notice. The hotels we stayed in were excellent. Originally, we had requested 2 beds, but both places we got 1, and we were able to make it work. We were able to get to all the sights we were hoping to see, and had excellent tour guides for both private and small group tours. I would have liked to have more information for what to expect on some of those tours, for example, our trip to the lavender fields/Valensole included a stop at a lake with the option to swim. We had no idea, so did not bring swimsuits. Our trip to Cassis was listed as a 5 hour tour, but was scheduled in a way that it was basically the drive to Cassis, the boat ride through 3 of the Calanques, and a very short time to sit on the beach before driving back. We did not have time to eat lunch before the trip back, and the timing of the drive back meant that restaurants were also closed back in Aix when we returned. Finally, we would have liked some input- we had read about the Camargue area, but didn't expect it to be basically people's ranches. That was a disappointing day. Still all in all an amazing trip.
