Zicasso’s travel company’s help was invaluable in ensuring we got the experience of a lifetime. They took the time to understand our interests and delivered an itinerary that was PERFECT.
While we were there, our travel specialist and his team were readily available if we had questions or needed assistance. The accommodations they booked for us were outstanding; exactly what we were hoping for. They also helped us navigate the reduction in daylight hours so we could leverage sights during sunrise and dusk. We got lucky with weather, but I will say, Iceland in winter is not for the faint of heart. We saw the aurora borealis four times. Mission accomplished.

The trip was amazing—from landing in Iceland to leaving, everything was handled perfectly. Our guide was terrific and showed us some areas we would not have visited without special knowledge.
The hotels were amazing. We especially loved our hotel near Jökulsárlón, where we saw the Northern Lights, a true bucket-list item!
We left Iceland wishing we’d stayed one more day, a sign of a great trip. We even threw a last-minute pivot at Zicasso's travel specialist (wanting to spend our last day back in Reykjavik) and they arranged a change in pick-up to head to the airport. We can’t wait to go back and visit the north of Iceland. Overall, a 10 out of 10!

We loved the troll tour of the Ring Road. Our guide was great. It was very active, with some hilly climbs, which were challenging. Most of the tour hotels were good, but there were limited food choices in some locations, especially for vegetarians.
Our hotel in Reykjavík was fun and we enjoyed the restaurant there. The hotel was a bit noisy at night. We found and recommend a local café across from the Hallgrímskirkja as well.
In Norway, we loved our rooms in Bergen, looking out on the water. Our driver there was very nice. We enjoyed the train to Flåm, but wished we’d had two nights in our hotel in Balestrand, as it was exceptional. Food was included and very nice. We might have enjoyed a day tour with a local guide if we’d had more time. The ferries worked well.
Thank you!

I received a well-planned itinerary from Zicasso's tour operator. I would use them if another trip comes up. The tour operator and the agent were very responsive to my questions; the app they sent me covered nearly all aspects of the trip and itinerary, and was very helpful in keeping me on track. Their service was of the highest level.

Zicasso's travel designer and the tour operator set up a great schedule. I was actually very surprised by how well the activities were balanced throughout the day. I never ran out of things to do and only had to skip a few locations on one day, most likely my fault for enjoying the places for too long at the beginning of the day. I would highly recommend the tour operator for setting up a great schedule for your visit to Iceland and booking all the necessities (e.g. car, hotel rooms, etc.).
They were also very helpful leading up to the trip to accommodate some last-minute changes and to help answer all of my questions before I arrived. Thank you so much for helping to create some great memories of my time in Iceland!
