The trip was amazing—from landing in Iceland to leaving, everything was handled perfectly. Our guide was terrific and showed us some areas we would not have visited without special knowledge.
The hotels were amazing. We especially loved our hotel near Jökulsárlón, where we saw the Northern Lights, a true bucket-list item!
We left Iceland wishing we’d stayed one more day, a sign of a great trip. We even threw a last-minute pivot at Zicasso's travel specialist (wanting to spend our last day back in Reykjavik) and they arranged a change in pick-up to head to the airport. We can’t wait to go back and visit the north of Iceland. Overall, a 10 out of 10!

Iceland did not disappoint! From our arrival in Reykjavík to our final day at the Blue Lagoon, every moment was nothing short of magical.
A huge thank you to Zicasso’s travel consultant at the travel company for creating an amazing itinerary filled with the best Iceland has to offer. Highlights included exploring inside a volcano, marveling at Geysir Park, a full day in Vatnajökull National Park, the breathtaking glacier lagoon, the black-sand Diamond Beach, and the unforgettable waterfalls at Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss.
We ended the trip perfectly with a relaxing soak at the Blue Lagoon—an ideal way to close out an incredible adventure.
Finally, a special thank-you to our guide. This trip would not have been the same without you! The hidden gems and personal touches you added turned a great trip into the experience of a lifetime.

Our first time in Iceland was wonderful. What an experience all 14 of us had, thanks to the amazing work of Zicasso’s travel company.
We began planning our adventure one year ago. Our agent was fantastic to work with over the entire year. He kept our group informed and was very prompt at replying to any question our large group encountered. His work did not stop once we got to Iceland, as he was extremely helpful in navigating us on the island as our trip was delayed because of weather.
The hotel selections, the airport transfers, and the guide during our days outside of Reykjavík were outstanding. Special thanks to our driver, who got our entire crew around the southern coast through some challenging weather moments.
I highly recommend (five-plus stars) our travel company and our entire family is extremely grateful for the work done to enable us to have such a memorable family adventure.
