The attention to detail was impeccable. Every night, we received a summary of the day, comments, and assurance that all went well. I had contact numbers and was able to speak with Zicasso staff daily if necessary. There were some weather-related glitches, but weather is out of our control. The advance reservations and private tour guides were all on time, informative, and a pleasure.
