Auckland - Enter the Minecraft World of Player-Built Structures and Biomes
Touch down in coastal, cosmopolitan Auckland, a harbor city bursting with immense urban charm, pristine beaches, and invigorating rainforests. The city's natural scenes and urban settings were the perfect locations to film the majority of the Minecraft movie, with indoor and outdoor spaces set up to represent various parts of the movie. The city is a haven for the urban explorer and Minecraft adventurer in you, as its harbor and islands resemble an Ocean Biome in the game, dotted with landmasses like Waiheke Island. You may wish to ascend New Zealand's tallest structure, the iconic Sky Tower, to capture panoramic city and surrounding island views, watching them shrink before you as you rise to the top in your glass-front elevator.

I did not generally think this tour agent was as good as others I have used through your services. They did not seem as willing to arrange a first-class trip, particularly designed for me and my partner. Our favorite part of the trip was our overnight in Doubtful Sound, which I felt I had to arrange. Several of the views of the city (Queenstown and the Needle in Auckland ) were fine, but just the usual tourist deal and expensive. I would have preferred a half-day private tour of Auckland, for example. We wanted a half- or full-day fishing trip, which was kind of an add-on.

Zicasso’s tour company planned a wonderful, month-long trip for four of us in New Zealand and Australia. Every detail was covered and the pacing of the trip, although rigorous, allowed for appropriate downtime when needed.
The accommodations were very nice, providing a nice mix of four- and five-star boutique hotels, as well as a luxury splurge, all within our budget. When we requested a couple of last-minute changes to our itinerary, the travel company responded quickly and efficiently. The app was a bit confusing at first, but quickly became our go-to resource and the in-app messaging service worked well after hours and on weekends. Looking back, we wouldn't change a thing. It was all wonderful!

The trip was wonderful! Zicasso’s travel specialist planned an excellent itinerary. We enjoyed all our tours, many of which we would not have done if we planned our trip on our own. This is the first time we have used a travel agent and because of our good experience, we will use one again.

We very much enjoyed our time in New Zealand and Australia. The tours were all very good. Zicasso's travel agent and our tour partner were very responsive and helpful throughout the planning phase and while we were on vacation.
The only feedback we have is that the hotels selected, other than the hotels in New Zealand, did not have the amenities we were hoping to get from four-star properties. We'll do a better job of indicating what we need in hotel selections moving forward, but we thought the hotels could have been a notch better than they were.

Zicasso’s travel agent put together all the points of interest and activities that I asked for, and added some spots that I missed, into one logical itinerary that was easy enough and a pleasure to follow.
