This morning after breakfast, you can indulge in a yoga session. Shortly after, you will say goodbye to the bee farm and transfer to Porto Covo. Known for its gorgeous beaches, craggy coastline, and charming old quarter, Porto Covo is an ideal place to spend a few days exploring. Upon your arrival, your guide will lead you on a tour of the town. Your guide will also be able to provide you with unique commentary about the city that you cannot find with a Google search. After your tour concludes, you will have the rest of the day to spend at your leisure.

After you eat breakfast this morning, you will spend the day on a trek of some of the region’s most impressive scenery. You will hike along one section of the Fisherman’s Trail, which is a lengthy and iconic stretch of nature. You will trek the beach portion of the trail, which will have you hiking along the sea. After having a picnic lunch break, you will visit more beaches, including Malhao Beach and Milfontes Beach. When you are ready to return, you can have your driver transfer you back to Porto Covo.

You will have an early-morning breakfast before island-hopping to the Azores Islands. You will have to fly to Ponta Delgada, which is found on Sao Miguel Island. When you land in Ponta Delgada, a private driver will greet and transfer you to your accommodation. You can have some time to settle in and relax before your guide leads you on a tour of the downtown area. Your tour will consume the majority of the day. Afterward, you will have the rest of the day to spend at your leisure.

You will have another early morning because you will have to fly to Faial Island. Your airport experience will be just like the two prior on this trip in that you will be guided through everything. Instead of transferring to your accommodation, you will embark on a 4WD vehicle tour. You will spend the majority of your tour at the Central Caldeira and the Capelinhos Volcano. After our off-roading adventure, you will transfer to Horta, where you will have the rest of the evening to indulge in some self-exploration after settling in to your accommodation.

After breakfast, you will explore Faial Island again. Today, you will discover the island’s delights on foot by trekking the local residents’ most beloved nature track: the Ten Volcanoes Trail. This hike covers a wide variety of stark volcanic landscapes, making for a truly incredible experience. This trail is challenging and will take most of the day. During your hike, you will pass a few of the places you were yesterday, providing you with a differing perspective of the landscape. After your hike, you will return to Horta, where you will have the evening to spend at your leisure.

After breakfast this morning, you will venture to Pico Island, which is a pristine island only a short distance from Horta. When you are ready, you will board a ferry and begin your adventure to Pico Island. When you arrive, your guide will lead you on a sightseeing tour that will dive deep into the daily lives of the Azorean people and culture. The highlight and final stop of your epic tour will be a banana plantation, where you will get an up-close glimpse at a day in the life of a banana farmer. You will also learn how to check the ripeness of bananas. After your time at the plantation comes to a close, you can have your final evening in Horta at your leisure.

After enjoying your farewell breakfast, you will transfer to the airport for your flight home.
