This was our third time utilizing Zicasso for an international trip. For our Spain vacation, Zicasso provided two solid choices and we chose this tour operator. The travel specialists were excellent to work with and we spent almost a year with them planning.
After an initial itinerary, we didn't have much to change and they provided us with multiple choices to pick from each day before deciding on a final plan. We had some personal complications, but the team was very accommodating and willing to update our plans as needed.
We had two home bases in Seville and Málaga. Both hotels were in excellent locations, each within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The guided tours they recommended all were excellent and provided great history of each town visited, as well as Spain in general. We appreciated everything the team did for us and would highly recommend them to others.

Zicasso’s tour company provided a well-organized trip, with every arrival and transfer smoothly arranged and plans well outlined. The trip was arranged to meet all our requests and their local guides were excellent. Our only complaint would be that when we decreased our hotels slightly for cost control, one of the three hotels did not meet our expectations as it seemed a bit heavily worn/lower tier compared to the others, and was located on the busiest street in Madrid, which was a higher stress location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Spain, planned by Zicasso’s tour company. The accommodations were fine, the drivers were on time and professional, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Of particular note was our guide in Girona, who truly made the history come alive. We would definitely use this travel company again.
