Romantic One-Week Tour of Seville and Madrid

Oh my goodness, everything was so well done! There was not one moment of uncertainty. From the moment we landed off the plane, our very helpful, friendly driver/guide was there to assist. We had a total of three tour guides all week and each one of them was professional, friendly and fun! They were incredibly knowledgeable as they shared their true love for their country. The tours were well planned, thought out, and executed. We never felt scattered. We felt relaxed and knew we were in very capable hands.

The accommodations were perfectly located, close to everything, but not in the middle of it. We could not be more pleased with literally everything. Well done!!!

This was our third time utilizing Zicasso for an international trip. For our Spain vacation, Zicasso provided two solid choices and we chose this tour operator. The travel specialists were excellent to work with and we spent almost a year with them planning.

After an initial itinerary, we didn't have much to change and they provided us with multiple choices to pick from each day before deciding on a final plan. We had some personal complications, but the team was very accommodating and willing to update our plans as needed.

We had two home bases in Seville and Málaga. Both hotels were in excellent locations, each within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The guided tours they recommended all were excellent and provided great history of each town visited, as well as Spain in general. We appreciated everything the team did for us and would highly recommend them to others.

Zicasso’s travel partner created a beautiful trip for our family. It was a last-minute international trip and they planned everything for us, and responded to all our specific requests and changes with grace and patience. They pulled everything together so quickly. Their local knowledge and connections to the people and places that we wanted to go were incredible.

All our accommodations were incredible and the tours and tour guides were interesting and custom-built for our needs. The communication with them was clear, fast, and responsive. They were a great travel company and I highly recommend them.

We visited Madrid, Toledo, San Sebastián, Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Hondarribia, La Rioja, Barcelona, Montserrat, and the Penedes (Cava) region.

We loved our private guides, private wine tastings, and day trips outside of the big cities.

The trip to Spain was amazing. Zicasso's travel agency did a fantastic job of arranging experiences and tours. Far better than if I had tried to do things myself. However, the most important part was how they took care of the problems. Our plane to Madrid was over four hours late. When we got off the plane and got back in contact, they already had a plan to fix things!

He listened deeply to our hopes and expectations for our first visit to Spain, and he and his team put together a tailored itinerary that exceeded our expectations. Every single aspect of our visit was extremely well planned and executed. Our agency's communications and reminders were always timely and helpful. Every one of our guides was highly experienced, local, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. Transportation arrangements were well timed and all drivers were helpful and friendly. Our accommodations were all incredibly well situated in the heart of each city we visited.

Perhaps, above all, we felt incredibly well taken care of. We had a minor health concern partway through our trip and the agency made sure that every subsequent guide and driver was aware of, concerned about, and accommodated us.
