We loved our trip! Zicasso's travel agency planned the most perfect trip for our family of four. They listened to my needs and wants, and created a perfect itinerary. We had some unexpected changes to our itinerary while traveling. Both agents were readily accessible and available, and made changes on the spot. The local tour companies we were connected with were excellent and first-class all the way. We were given extra recommendations for restaurants and activities when we had a day off from touring. Everything was perfect and I cannot thank them enough.

Zicasso's travel agent took our "wish list" and made it into the perfect vacation. We were able to see and experience Australia to its fullest. All transfers, tours, etc, were selected perfectly. I would highly recommend this travel company and will use them again!

We planned a 30-day trip to Australia in September 2024. Overall, most everything was excellent. We felt Zicasso’s travel agent really listened to what we wanted and made excellent suggestions during the planning process. We had a couple of small issues which were quickly resolved. We used a travel app, which was an excellent reference for trip details, even offline. There was a bug that showed an old version of the itinerary in one view, so we had to be careful to use the right view.

The choice and location of hotels was excellent. The hotels were nice and always in an area with restaurants, shops, and things to see. Breakfast was always included, which was important as our tours often started early.

The transportation was well coordinated, both flights and ground transportation. We were picked up and dropped off on time. The flights were at reasonable times, but with a block of downtime before or after the flight, which was important for doing laundry.

The tours (some small groups and some private) were well chosen. Knowing what we know now, we might have skipped a few tours.

The thing we did not like was that our visit to Melbourne was in the middle of the footie grand final. We should have been told of this conflict so we could have avoided it. (It was like being in Miami during Super Bowl weekend.)

Our Zicasso travel agent and his company mapped out a great trip to New Zealand and Australia for us. Frankly, it exceeded our high expectations. We told our agent when we wanted to go, what we wanted to see and do, and how much we had budgeted. He got it all done – flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities – and for less than our budget.

We had only one hiccup on the trip itself, involving a flight mix-up, and that was resolved quickly. Everything else, and it was a four-week trip, went off without a hitch. The accommodations were an eclectic mix of boutique hotels, resort stays, and downtown hotels, but all were four- or five-star. The activities ranged from train rides to cruises to wine-tasting tours to visits to world heritage sites. In short, the trip of a lifetime.

It was a pleasure working with Zicasso's tour planner during our entire experience. We spoke with her several times on the phone during the planning process so she could get a feel for the types of things we like to do and what we wanted to experience on this trip. She sent us a trip plan, which we altered several times during the planning process. Before we left on the trip, she sent us electronic and hard copies of our tickets and itinerary.

The best part was using the app on our phone, which told us the details of exactly what we were doing each day. It was comforting to know I had paper copies as a back-up when I lost my phone. Luckily, I was able to recover my phone a few hours after I discovered it had gone missing. 

During the trip, we corresponded with her through the app and on the phone. She was able to add an excursion to our trip at the last minute. She also provided valuable assistance in arranging the medical attention I required during the trip. 

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our agent provided all the support we needed in a quick and efficient manner.

The trip was wonderful and our Zicasso tour operator was attentive, friendly, and responsive, providing great customer service.

I really thought the Zicasso travel partner was fabulous and so thorough and easy to use. I would rate it the best travel app. It had my itinerary down to the minute detail, info on how to contact various people if there were any questions, and was so easy to navigate.  I would rate my trip to Australia my favorite so far. I recently went to Japan through a different travel agent and was able to compare the difference. Our travel team was so much better! 

My husband and I went to Australia to drop off my daughter, who was doing an exchange study in Sydney. We started in Melbourne and had a full-day tour to Phillip Island, with a moonlit animal sanctuary and penguins. I would recommend the penguins. I saw thousands of penguins. What an experience! I did not like the sanctuary part. Tickets were sold out for the koala petting and there were not very many animals to see. I have heard there are other sanctuaries/zoos in other parts of Australia that are much better.  

The Melbourne food tour was fantastic! Our tour guide did a wonderful job of explaining Melbourne's history with the food. We flew to Cairns, to Port Douglas, and had two excursions: a boat ride with snorkeling in the Great Reef Barrier and a Daintree safari.  The full-day cruise with snorkeling was wonderful, with so much food! The Daintree tour was a bit long and could have been condensed into half the time. I probably would not recommend that tour. 

Finally, we went to Sydney to drop off my daughter. We did the bridge walk, which was fantastic. Each person was so well protected and the safety checks were top-notch! 

Our trip went without any problems and our drivers were well-coordinated and on schedule. I would use this company for future trips to Australia. I plan to visit New Zealand and would use them again.
