Our trip to Croatia was perfect! All of the planned tours, rides, and meals were above our expectations. The hotels were luxurious, with great breakfasts, great views, and great locations near popular attractions. Zicasso’s travel specialist listened to our requests and accommodated all our wishes. She even made some last-minute changes to allow us to visit a nearby village that was not on our initial plans. All of the people she arranged to work with us, from the drivers to the tour guides to the speedboat company, were excellent.

Our travel specialist was incredible and, therefore, our trip was incredible. The logistical aspects of the trip were seamless, the local vendors used were top-notch, and her personal itinerary recommendations were perfectly matched to the experience we were looking for. My teen girls (ages 16 and 18) said this was the best family vacation we’ve ever had, which is a very high bar, as we have traveled around the world as a family. I will absolutely use Zicasso in the future and recommend anyone traveling to Croatia to plan their trip with this tour company.

It was flawless from beginning to end. Everyone was on time, with no issues of any kind. Our guide was with us for most of the tour. He knew pretty much everything and took great care of us. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip!!! The travel company's assistance was greatly appreciated in planning and providing us with great advice. All the hotels were lovely and their staff very helpful in providing guidance and assistance when requested. All the drivers were professional and very friendly, and all the tour guides were excellent and very personable throughout the trip. We really had an amazing time; the trip, the tours, and the food checked off everything on our “bucket list” in each location, yet we still had time to relax and just enjoy our surroundings.

Overall, we had a great trip and loved most of our planned activities. Also, the transportation in-country was awesome! Zicasso's travel specialist was very responsive to questions and to requested modifications to the itinerary. There are a few things we'd do differently if we did it again, but all in all, we had a wonderful time.

Our family of eight had the pleasure of booking a 12-day tour with Zicasso's travel company to Albania. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He both engaging and personable, and was always available to answer any questions. He provided help and advice when needed and was sensitive to the needs of our group. He truly was a gem!
Equally amazing was our driver. He provided comfortable, smooth, stress-free rides in a roomy, clean bus. His maneuvering of challenging roads and situations was quite impressive. We always felt safe and never had to worry. He was professional, courteous, and reliable.
Together, our guide and driver were a great team. They worked together to ensure we had an enjoyable trip and even acted as translators during a visit with family! They created a warm and engaging atmosphere while keeping everything running on schedule.
