I so appreciated being contacted promptly by our travel team after reaching out to Zicasso.

Our agent was extremely professional and quick to communicate, offering email, phone, and WhatsApp options as a means to connect (we used all three!). She listened to our ideas and, as our wishes for the trip evolved with our own research, was flexible in updating and creating an ideal itinerary for us. It was so helpful that she was based in Crete and her knowledge of everything, from places to visit and stay to restaurants, shopping, excursions, and general information, all blended into the perfect trip. She even went beyond and advised us to add some transfers when needed. We truly felt cared about and it was comforting to know that, even while on the trip, we could reach out with questions if needed. She worked tirelessly throughout and was our hero, as the communication back and forth was a lot!

The most amazing, professional, and thoughtful thing that she did, however, was to stay in touch throughout the trip and confirm each event that we had booked with her, from transfers to ferries to hotels. It was like she was watching out for us and it gave us great comfort.

I would 100% book with our travel agency again and give our agent our thanks for a wonderful job well done! We count her as a friend now and wish her the best!

Myself and the girls in my family just got home from our wonderful trip to Greece, designed by Zicasso’s tour company! We truly had such a magnificent time and this was mostly because of all the work our travel company did to set up all our transportation, travel plans, tours, and hotel stays! They worked with me the whole way through and answered every question we had for months leading up to our trip. They also provided great communication while we were in Greece.

We could not have been happier with the tour guides, tours, and experiences we were able to participate in – the tour guides in Athens and Naxos, the crew on our Santorini catamaran tour, and the tour guide and family in Chania, where we had a cooking and eating experience in the most beautiful setting!

Our trip was great! We were able to spend quality time in each location (Athens, Naxos, Santorini). Zicasso’s trip planner was very responsive and made changes to allow for the ideal itinerary for us. We loved spending time in Greece and exploring the islands each day!

We highly recommend any people traveling to Santorini stay in Imerovigli or Fira, as Oia was cool to visit, but does not seem like a great place to stay to enjoy the island (very touristy and crowded, even in late October).

We couldn't have asked for a more amazing travel agency and, more specifically, travel agent/travel fairy! She put together a perfect itinerary for our honeymoon that included planned events and the perfect amount of relaxing downtime so we didn't get too overwhelmed. We enjoyed every single activity; there wasn't a single thing about the trip that we regretted or wished was different. She was always available and quickly responded to every question we had, to the point that we worried she never slept! She even went above and beyond to help me secretly plan a romantic birthday surprise for my new husband (as his birthday was during our honeymoon) by coordinating with the hotel we stayed in to decorate our room with rose petals and candles while we were at dinner. He had no idea and I will never forget the look on his face when he walked in, a memory I will lovingly cherish forever. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and choose our travel company for your next trip. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Zicasso’s tour company and the crew are top-notch professionals, yet have a personal touch for making the perfect dream trip a reality. From the first conversation, we connected because our agent asked so many questions about who we are and how we travel so he could identify just what would work. I didn't have a clue about any details initially, only that we wanted to go to Italy and Greece. So where do I start? He made it so easy. We started filling in the blanks and he and his team went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The trip was perfect, from the time we got on the plane to landing back on home soil. They arranged all of the trips, the fees, the train rides, the inter-flights, and the transfers. They recommended restaurants and points of interest, but made room for our pace. The list just goes on. It was a fabulous trip. Thanks to our travel team.

This trip was a milestone birthday vacation. I planned to organize this trip myself, but for various reasons, did not have the energy or time to do so. I am extremely happy I used Zicasso and that they connected me to our travel company and agent, who was great. We worked extremely well together. I truly can’t find the words to express how grateful I am to Zicasso’s travel agent and the team for the anniversary trip to Greece that they put together for my boyfriend and me. I’ve been saying this to anyone who asks about my trip: it was a dream come true and the vacation of a lifetime.

From the start, she provided me with the perfect number of options, where I wasn’t overwhelmed with research and was able to easily curate my dream trip. Down to the smallest detail, the itinerary was so well organized and planned to perfection. The communication was seamless and, despite the time difference, all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Going to a foreign country for the first time can be nerve-wracking, but I didn’t have an ounce of concern because I knew everything was perfectly coordinated and that she would be there every step of the way to answer any question I had or provide assistance if any speed bumps arose (which they didn’t). I couldn’t be happier or more grateful to her. Saying “thank you” doesn’t even begin to cover it.

It was my first trip to Europe and I was traveling alone. Anna was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, my interests, and stayed within my budget. I was concerned about traveling alone as a woman, and she made me feel very comfortable by arranging all my transportation needs by plane and ferry between the Islands and arranging for my hotels to be within a central location. She also was great with providing me with suggestions for travel destinations and excursions that met my interests in water activities, hiking, and archeological sites. She answered any questions I had and was always available during my vacation if needed. This travel specialist met all my needs. I highly recommend them for travel to Greece and will use them in the future to explore more destinations.
