He both engaging and personable, and was always available to answer any questions. He provided help and advice when needed and was sensitive to the needs of our group. He truly was a gem!
Equally amazing was our driver. He provided comfortable, smooth, stress-free rides in a roomy, clean bus. His maneuvering of challenging roads and situations was quite impressive. We always felt safe and never had to worry. He was professional, courteous, and reliable.
Together, our guide and driver were a great team. They worked together to ensure we had an enjoyable trip and even acted as translators during a visit with family! They created a warm and engaging atmosphere while keeping everything running on schedule.
