She knew the best locations, providers, and excursions. Not once in 13 days did our group of five encounter a single issue. I can only attribute this to the travel agent's attention to detail and her appreciation for the people who are visiting her amazing country. Thank you for an amazing itinerary. We had extremely high hopes for our first trip to Italy and Zicasso’s travel agent and the entire tour operator vastly exceeded all of our expectations! From the way they took our input on our likes/dislikes and created a perfect two-week itinerary for my wife and I for our 10-year wedding anniversary to the way they covered every logistical aspect of the trip to ensure that even though we were traveling to five cities over a two-week period, we never experienced any type of stress.
The only time we even had to touch our bags was getting on/off the trains! I have never experienced a trip that was so meticulously crafted as the one the tour operator put together for us, and thanks to that care and attention to detail, they helped my wife enjoy a trip of a lifetime. We could not be more thankful!!!

From start to finish, this was an amazing trip! All the accommodations were excellent, the tour guides were knowledgeable and engaging, our drivers were friendly and helpful, and the experiences (walking food tours, cooking class, wine tastings) were just what we wanted! We are extremely happy with the help we received from Zicasso's travel specialists, all the arrangements that were made, the communication throughout our stay—the entire trip!

In all respects, a well-planned and well-executed trip to London and Rome. The guides were exceptional in knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor. The best restaurant recommendation was the one in London.

My wife and I had a fabulous trip. Zicasso’s tour company was very easy to communicate with. The guides they arranged for us were great, especially our guide in Scotland, although our guide in Kerry, Ireland, was also very good. All transfers were easy and the itinerary worked well.
