We had a wonderful experience with Zicasso's travel specialist and his team. Throughout the planning process, he was incredibly patient and responsive to our needs, and his team made all the arrangements for us so that we could travel relatively stress-free. The guides were both very knowledgeable and made our experience so enriching. All of our accommodations were also top-notch. If the opportunity should arise again, we would love to work with them again!

I really enjoyed this trip. The vacation was carefully planned by Zicasso's travel specialist and I appreciated the flexibility during the trip as well. For example, when our guide learned that a temple was closed on the day I was scheduled to visit, he modified my itinerary to make sure I would be able to see the temple the next day. I really appreciated that foresight!

Overall, our experiences with Zicasso’s tour operator for our 15-day trip to Japan were excellent. Communication with our travel agent was very good. The outcome of our full itinerary was very good. All recommended activities and sights were very good and only a couple of many we would have left out. We did have a couple of hiccups that the tour operator resolved quickly.

Such a well-planned trip to experience the history, culture, and people of Japan! Very knowledgeable guides, who listen to their clients and adjust to their needs, or even casual comments. “You mentioned Nintendo. We will be right by the Nintendo store. Would you like to take a look?” Amazing!!

The guides were wonderful. They were really more like cultural ambassadors. They really made a difference, not just in terms of smooth logistics, but in understanding the culture and context.
The first hotel was also amazing! It was just what I needed after a long, long work slog.
