From our initial conversation to finalizing the itinerary and final preparations, Zicasso’s travel consultants have been fantastic to work with. They kept in contact with us during our trip to ensure everything was to our liking, including the last-minute scheduling of car transport when one of our bush planes was canceled due to low clouds.
As for the itinerary and the hotel/lodge/safari recommendations, all were exceptional and offered something different to experience. Our entire trip, from start to finish, was exceptional, with great locations, great safari experiences, and wonderful food.

The trip was very well thought out and organized by Zicasso's travel agency. It was a good trip for a first time to sub-Saharan Africa.

We had a very good travel experience with Zicasso's tour company. Our travel agent was organized and responsive to our requests before the trip, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. We traveled as a couple and were delighted with the intimate and comfortable safari camp and the luxurious city and Diani Beach accommodations. Our guides in the cities and in the Maasai Mara National Reserve were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

We loved everything about the trip! It was definitely a five-star experience! Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!

Trip was well organized by Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team. Support in Kenya with my missing luggage was outstanding. Safari tours, city tours, and the respective accommodations more than met our expectations.

Out of my many vacations this one was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had.  This travel company listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The camps we stayed at went above and beyond when it came to guest service and the drivers and Masai guides showed not only their knowledge in safari trekking but gave us an insight into their beautiful and innocent lifes...  A wonderful and memorable trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. The trip was well organized and custom made to our specifications. We were looking for a local safari outfitter as we wanted to help the local small businesses and we found our perfect fit in this travel company. Our tour guide/driver was the best. He has an uncanny ability to find wildlife, and at the same time can brew the best Tanzanian coffee in his land cruiser. Our whole trip from start to finish was well organized without any issues. Would highly recommend this travel company if you are considering a local safari outfitter in Tanzania.
