Overall, our trip was excellent. The country is beautiful, with many different cities to explore and enjoy. Zicasso's travel specialist was terrific. All of our tours and pickups went flawlessly. She even came to introduce herself on our first full day so we could formally meet. She was always very responsive to emails and receptive to our requests. Our trip was made better because of her.

We cannot recommend Zicasso's travel company enough!! Our family just got back from a two-week trip to Italy (starting in Venice, then Florence, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast). Our travel specialists did an incredible job planning our trip and it was an experience of a lifetime!! We had the best time in every city!
Everything was seamless, from the events and tours we had planned to the transportation from city to city. What we loved most was how our tour guides were all natives of the areas we were visiting, so they offered unique perspectives on every part of Italy. Also, our travel specialists, being local to Italy, helped us plan some really special things to do (walking wine-window tour, bike ride in Tuscany, boat taxi to Burano to visit the small town where lace is still being made, and a Capri boat tour). All of our guides were English-speaking and absolutely wonderful!
We had frequent communication with our travel specialists regarding scheduled plans and if we had questions, they were readily available via WhatsApp.
I also turned 55 while on vacation and our travel specialists were kind enough to send Prosecco, wine, and some wonderful Italian snacks to our room. This was, by far, the best family vacation we have ever taken and we will definitely be vacationing with them in the future. If you're considering vacationing with this travel company, don't hesitate! They are fabulous and leave no stone unturned to make sure you have the best experience possible!!!

The Zicasso platform worked out very well. Our travel specialist, in particular, was exceptional. Quickly responsive, always thorough and organized. I would highly recommend the platform and working with her was a pleasure.

We had an amazing trip from start to finish! Zicasso’s travel company stayed in constant contact prior to the trip, as well as during the trip, checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. We really enjoyed our itinerary for Greece, put together by Zicasso's travel company! It was curated especially for us and we felt immersed in the culture and people. We like doing the non-traditional activities. The travel company was also very helpful in answering questions and with any troubleshooting while on our vacation. Overall, we were very pleased!

My husband and I just returned from Greece. Everything was seamless. All details were handled. We did not have to think about anything other than what time to be ready for our driver(s). We are now planning Italy for next year and will be using Zicasso for this trip as well!
