Zicasso’s travel agent really went above and beyond to help us plan a 16-day honeymoon throughout Spain! I could not have planned this amazing trip without her help. She organized all of our travel throughout Spain for us. I was in contact with her for about a year before our trip and she was always very responsive and helpful.

During the trip, she checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned and that we were having a great time. Every tour she set up for us was absolutely amazing! My husband and I can’t thank her tour company enough for helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams throughout Spain!

Our trip covered the areas of Spain we were greatly interested in seeing. Our tour guides were interesting, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer the questions we had. While the main reason for the trip was food and wine, we received quite a bit of historical information about Spain in the areas we traveled, which was a very nice extra. Having our own private tour guide for most of the things we did was a very unique experience.

Zicasso’s travel company was very open to hearing our wants and needs, and they were able to put together a trip that met all of our requests and more. Additionally, we appreciated that they were available for questions and concerns we had while in Spain.

As I traveled with a broken foot, the company was more than willing to find us some added transportation as I was not able to walk as far as what was needed on some of the smaller tours. Additionally, we had an issue with some rail transportation and they were immediately on the situation and arranged for us to get to the proper destination. The company is top rate when it comes to tour operators we have worked with. This was a dream vacation!

This was the most spectacular trip we have ever experienced! The Zicasso travel agency was simply phenomenal. It was perfect all the way. It was carried out with precision and expertise, and the tour guides were all exceptional. It is hard to put into words how special they were in all aspects of the trip.

What a great trip! Zicasso’s tour operator and her people laid out everything so wonderfully! They were with us every step of the way. From great tours to fantastic restaurants to top-notch hotels, they planned all of it to perfection. They even had the trains planned, including the switch in Paris from one station to the other.

Zicasso’s tour planner took care of coordinating phase three of our European tour, which was 15 days in Spain, staying in four cities there. I found our agent to be efficient, professional, attentive, and helpful when issues arose. Some did not require his attention or were of a nature that there was little he could practically do, but he was always willing to assist if we requested him to do so. He coordinated our hotels, guides, events, and inter-city travel (train/plane), and his booking of trains in a way that we could cancel was helpful when we decided to fly between Granada and Barcelona instead of taking the train. The guides he selected in each city were excellent and informative, and made our tours interesting in their own individual ways.

Zicasso's travel agency exceeded all expectations! At every stop on our two-week journey, we had fantastic guides and well-planned visits. It was fabulous to walk up to any site we were visiting, have the tickets already in the hands of our trusty guides, and waltz right in. They were all knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed getting to know a bit about them and the places we toured. We loved our itinerary and felt we got a wonderful taste of Spain and Portugal. We have recommended our entire experience to friends, new and old!

The assistance and professionalism of my Zicasso travel team far surpassed my expectations. We experienced an amazing two-week vacation in Spain and Portugal, and everything went perfectly smoothly; not a blip. This was because the team was so conscientious and detail-oriented. I’m so grateful to our agent, who was my primary travel specialist. She let me hound her weekly for three months straight to put all the little details together. She never complained when I made changes to the itinerary, which was often.

Then a whole new team of travel specialists emerged once we started the trip. As they promised, they contacted me via WhatsApp every day to alert me of the day’s itinerary, the driver's name, the guide's name and phone number, and time of pick-up.

I was very nervous being an inexperienced traveler and having never traveled out of the US, but having my personal travel team in my back pocket put me at great ease and has given me the confidence to plan another adventure abroad. I cannot thank my agent and the entire travel team enough for their assistance in helping me, my husband, and best friends to have the vacation of a lifetime.

Our Zicasso travel agent was so personalized in his approach to making this a trip to remember. He communicated regularly and responsively, and the itinerary he created for us in Barcelona and Sevilla was exactly what we were looking for. We had the perfect blend of time with customized guides and time on our own to explore the cities.  

The guides were amazing; they knew everything we could ever want to know about these two cities. We felt very special during the entire process and I could not recommend our travel team more for the very knowledgeable and articulate itinerary they created for us to see Spain. This was the best trip we have ever taken and I was there for my 50th birthday.
