Zicasso’s travel specialist did a fabulous job planning our 12-day trip to Japan! We took our two kids (12 and 14 years old) and worked together to come up with such an amazing and fun itinerary covering all of our interests.
In addition to seeing the sights around Tokyo and Kyoto, the travel specialist found us classes in and outside of the cities for sushi-making, Shibori fabric dyeing, and bamboo basket-making. We had the most wonderful guides, drivers, and translators take us to an organic green tea farm (an unexpected favorite!) and even managed to get tickets to the Ghibli Museum.
We had a phenomenal time and I look forward to working with this travel company again.

We had a wonderful trip! The itinerary, hotels, guides, and driver arranged by Zicasso’s travel company were excellent. Our driver coordinated with all of the guides so that each guide met us exactly on time. The travel company stayed in good touch with us throughout the trip so that if we had any questions, we got them answered promptly. We had a phenomenal experience in Vietnam. Zicasso’s travel agent answered all of my questions leading up to the trip (and I had so many!) and tweaked our trip multiple times to make it just right for our family. He arranged a fantastic trip and the local guides he set up were INCREDIBLE. They made an enormous positive impact on our trip.
We enjoyed all of the experiences and hotels, and Vietnam is a gorgeous and diverse country, with so much to see, do, and experience. I'm so glad we spent two weeks in Vietnam instead of trying to do a Vietnam-Thailand-Cambodia experience... I feel like we really got to experience the culture and see more of the country.

The booking experience was incredibly smooth; our travel agent worked with us throughout to ensure we had the trip that we wanted. She was always responsive and attentive, and always available, even to set up phone conversations, despite the 11-hour time difference. Everything about our trip was also truly amazing; all of the experiences were wonderful and all of the local guides they set us up with did a great job. Not only were they very knowledgeable and interesting, but they were very friendly and we had a great rapport with all of them by the end of our tours.
I really can't recommend traveling to Sri Lanka enough and using this company if you're looking for a travel agency. My wife and I were already trying to figure out how we could come back by the end of our trip!
