I don't want this to sound like the many other praiseworthy reviews for the travel company, but the travel company planned and executed an amazing trip. This is our second trip to Scotland, coordinated by Zicasso, which means we have interviewed four or more travel companies. The travel company sets the high bar for thoughtful personalization and for suggesting options that we would never have found otherwise.

The trip was great. Everything went well and was seamless. Any questions I had were immediately answered by Zicasso's travel specialist. The tour guides and drivers were knowledgeable and super-friendly. The hotels were great.

In all respects, a well-planned and well-executed trip to London and Rome. The guides were exceptional in knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor. The best restaurant recommendation was the one in London.
