We had an excellent adventure.

We had an amazing time in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotels, transportation, and guides all went very smoothly. Zicasso’s travel specialist was great to work with. Having an expert with local knowledge was very helpful. He also went above and beyond, adjusting our trip itinerary due to severe flooding in Hoi An. He also hosted a welcome dinner at his home, which was a treat.

Our trip far exceeded our expectations. Every component of the trip was well planned and seamless. The hotels were perfect for us. We enjoyed the balconies a great deal.
The guides and drivers could not have been better. They were polite, always on time or early, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. In Cambodia, it was very hot and we were biking. The driver would just show up at times with water and cold towels for us. We felt so pampered. Guides would rearrange the schedules according to the weather and our wishes. They even added events that we were interested in. One guide even offered to do an extra food tour one evening since he was free.
There were so many highlights arranged by the Zicasso travel company I cannot name them all. They included the day with the elephants, a blessing by a monk who took time to chat with us, the alms-giving at 6am in Laos, and even a private dinner in a literal treehouse.
This was a vacation of dreams. It could not have been better. I would recommend the travel company without any hesitation. Probably the best travel company we have ever dealt with!

We had the absolute best time ever in Thailand. From start to finish, this trip was seamless, thoughtful, and incredibly well executed by Zicasso's travel specialist. Thailand itself was beyond beautiful, but the planning and execution by Zicasso’s travel company elevated the trip into something truly unforgettable. Zicasso’s travel specialist did an excellent job of advising us on our first ever trip to Taiwan. Our contact reached out quickly after my first inquiry and promptly responded to any questions I had. Her recommendations were spot-on as to hotels, sites to visit, and scheduling in a way as not to conflict with the impending Lunar New Year holiday. One minor issue that arose with one of our hotels was quickly resolved by their local representative.
Also, our driver/guide was perfect. His lifetime knowledge of Taiwan was encyclopedic and, while in-country, he was with us every step of the way. He was a safe driver and always knew convenient places to park, even in popular tourist spots. When we found we had some extra time available, he had suggestions for additional places we could see. We would absolutely work with this travel company again and highly recommend our guide.

We had a phenomenal experience in Vietnam. Zicasso’s travel agent answered all of my questions leading up to the trip (and I had so many!) and tweaked our trip multiple times to make it just right for our family. He arranged a fantastic trip and the local guides he set up were INCREDIBLE. They made an enormous positive impact on our trip.
We enjoyed all of the experiences and hotels, and Vietnam is a gorgeous and diverse country, with so much to see, do, and experience. I'm so glad we spent two weeks in Vietnam instead of trying to do a Vietnam-Thailand-Cambodia experience... I feel like we really got to experience the culture and see more of the country.
