Brazil Tour Review: Rio de Janeiro, Christ the Redeemer, Beaches, 1 Week

I can’t recommend Zicasso’s travel specialist enough. Rio had been on my bucket list forever, and the travel specialist truly made it happen for me. From the very beginning, he put together a custom itinerary that felt thoughtful and perfectly tailored to what I wanted out of the trip.

Safety was my number one priority, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and proactive every step of the way. He made sure I was well prepared, including letting me know ahead of time that I needed a visa to enter Brazil, which gave me real peace of mind. He was always quick to respond to my questions and never made me feel rushed or overlooked.

On top of that, his restaurant recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the experience—it felt like getting insider tips rather than a standard travel plan. Everything was seamless, well-organized, and stress-free, allowing me to fully enjoy the trip.

Thanks to the travel specialist, my dream trip to Rio became a reality, and I’m so grateful for his care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what he does.

Argentina, Chile Vacation Review: Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Lake District, Calafate, Tierra del Fuego, Torres del Paine National Park, Cruise, Glacier Visit, 3 Weeks

We enjoyed the trip very much. We had planned to visit every place of interest to us in Patagonia on this trip, so it was quite a complex trip to arrange. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job overall. We had private guides and private cars for everything, so we could enjoy the experiences at our own pace and focus on the things that interested us.

We started in Buenos Aires, but our main focus was natural beauty. We spent a very interesting day and a half in the city, though. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the local history and the sites we visited. Next we went to Iguazú Falls, which was a spectacular experience. Our guide there was the only one who didn't seem as deep or as organized as all the others, but that was a minor issue. Although it is wickedly expensive, I would highly recommend that travelers stay in the one and only lodge inside the Iguazú Falls national park. We got a lot more out of our time there because we were right there at the park.

Next we went to the Lake District and spent memorable days on the water there; amazing scenery! We also saw condors during one of our day-long boat rides on the lake.

Next, we went to Calafate. Although we are not trekkers, the visits to the two main glaciers were unforgettable. The travel specialist had us in the VIP cabin for the day-long boat trip and we had a very knowledgeable guide for the visit to the Perito Moreno glacier.

We did the four-day cruise through Tierra del Fuego next, which I highly recommend, ending in Chile, where we spent two days at the Torres del Paine National Park, one by road in the park with a very knowledgeable private guide, and the second on a full-day lake tour with a marvelous lunch at a scenic ranch, with a close-up view to a glacier.

Brazil Tour Review: Iguazu Falls, Rio de Janeiro, 1 Week

I couldn't recommend our travel company more. We booked them through Zicasso after receiving a very detailed and budget-conscious itinerary for our family trip to Brazil. We decided to visit Iguazú Falls, followed by Rio de Janeiro, over New Year's. Everything was great from start to finish, including trip planning, adjusting the itinerary based on our requests and holiday constraints, travel planning, and the trip itself.

We had a dedicated guide in each of our destination cities and this is what made the trip great. Our guide in Iguazú Falls and our guide in Rio were both fantastic. Each of them was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very well connected with the staff at the various places we visited. Not infrequently, we would be whisked to the front of long lines because our guides had a connection. Both of them were extremely flexible, like letting us enjoy a long lunch and starting our tour an hour late one day. They catered to our needs throughout our trip.

It was a fantastic and memorable trip!

Chile Vacation Review: Patagonia, Torres del Paine, Hiking, 10 Days

We went mostly into Patagonia and Torres del Paine, an amazing location. Zicasso’s travel specialist delivered as promised! Everything was first-class and his recommendations for everything from tours to restaurants were right on.

A special note to those with food allergies:

I have a lot of food allergies, so it is not easy for me to eat out, let alone out of the country. I let the travel specialist know ahead of time and all my tours, hotels, and guides knew I was coming and really helped to accommodate me. THANKS AGAIN!

I was impressed by the Zicasso team’s planning ahead of time and the level of responsiveness once we were in the middle of our trip. Our accommodations, tours, excursions, and planned activities were all very high quality given our budget, and any issue that we encountered during the trip was handled quickly and to our satisfaction time and time again. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to travel to Argentina.

Argentina, Brazil Trip Review: Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Rio de Janeiro, Jewish Sites, Boat Ride, Cable Car, 12 Days

Zicasso’s travel specialist did an excellent job planning our vacation. Every detail was taken care of, down to airport transfers with English-speaking drivers.

The excursions we were on were in quality locations, with meaning and historical significance. We had a little bit of downtime to explore Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.

Overall, we are really happy visiting Argentina and Brazil, and satisfied that he planned our vacation.
