In all respects, a well-planned and well-executed trip to London and Rome. The guides were exceptional in knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor. The best restaurant recommendation was the one in London.

It was a fantastic trip! We had enough to do in every location, but still enough free time to explore on our own. I do wish we had been given a bit more detail on some of the tours; we were surprised a few times. It did not negatively impact us, but it would have been nice to be more prepared.

I think I learned a lesson in planning a trip with a travel company. The written policy was unclear to me, although Zicasso’s travel specialist had specifically advised me that it was nonrefundable. I had paid the deposit in May, covering my travel and that of my travel companion. The final amount was due 70 days prior to the trip. As it turned out, she was diagnosed with cancer, had to receive chemo, and was unable to travel. I ended up paying the entire amount of the trip because of the nonrefundable policy, so I lost a significant amount of money. For my next trip, which I plan to do in the spring, I would look for a way to better manage to avoid this type of issue. That was a huge chunk of change to lose. The travel company did suggest that I find someone to replace my original travel companion, which I did. However, because it was a last-minute thing, the person who substituted was able to make the trip but was not able to pay the the full cost of the trip. I figured that it was better than having that money go to waste. The travel company made the ticket changes without charging me any penalties associated with it.
Nonetheless, the trip was amazing. Specifically, the tour guides chosen by the travel company were exceptional. There were a couple of small hiccups but they were no big deal, and the travel company was quickly available via a messaging app to help resolve issues.

Zicasso's travel agency did an amazing job planning and executing our honeymoon. From the first phone call, when the team shared thoughtful logistics guidance and a well-thought-out initial itinerary, to the daily itinerary updates during our honeymoon, our agency delivered a best-in-class experience for my wife and me.
From our initial call, our agency's team understood our intents for our honeymoon and they delivered with a great mix of activities, great meal reservations, and amazing hotels. Also, the drivers and guides they booked for us were first class. Very professional.
Overall, it was an incredible experience and our agency played a big role in our unforgettable trip!

Zicasso's travel specialist did a fabulous job at putting together an itinerary that took into account all of our requests, from places to visit, keeping costs in check, and giving us a mix of private and group tours. She hit it out of the park! We had a fabulous time and everything went off without a hitch. Our hotels were great, our guides were top-notch, and our transportation between destinations (plane, train, auto) was comfortable and seamless. My husband, Steve, and I highly recommend this agency.
