We had an excellent visit. Having been in London previously, we limited our activities to museums, plays, tours, and dining. Zicasso's travel agency was very responsive to our requests. We were most appreciative of the six-night hotel selection, which was ideal for getting around. Being next to the centrally located Charing Cross Station and the provided Oyster cards made navigation a pleasure.

Our vacation was expertly planned and molded to our exact specifications by Zicasso's travel company. We enjoyed every minute. We would have never known how to plan the logistics of our busy four-city tour of England on our own.

We recently traveled to the UK using Zicasso’s travel specialist and we had the most amazing trip. Everything was planned out perfectly. From the pick-up at the airport to drop-off, we met friendly and interesting drivers who couldn’t wait to share their knowledge of London, York, and Edinburgh.
The guides we had for various excursions were fantastic. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. My husband is an amateur photographer and they were great with suggestions and very patient while he took his photos.
We had a small issue with a hotel room and it was resolved within hours by the travel specialist and her team, which made our stay a dream. She was also able to get us inside tickets to Stonehenge and, wow, it was magical.
Honestly, we were overwhelmed at first trying to plan this on our own, but working with the travel specialist was the best thing we did. We have wonderful memories of England and Scotland, and we are very grateful.

Our travel specialist and his colleagues at the travel company curated a wonderful trip to Scotland for us. This despite the fact that we gave them very little time to come up with a plan. Our own ideas of what we wanted to do were rather vague and we were traveling at a rather busy time of year. They overcame all of these challenges.
What I appreciated most about them is that they worked with us and were always open to our feedback. During the planning stages, if one of their suggestions did not appeal to us, they would pivot and have other suggestions at the ready. They made one tour recommendation that we were very excited about. Unfortunately, it was completely booked because of the busy time of year and the fact that we started our planning so late. They reworked our entire itinerary so we could enjoy that tour on another day. The communication with them was top-notch, both in the planning stages and while we were on the trip.
The travel specialist was going to be doing his own traveling while we were away, but he made sure we were aware of who would be covering for him (the wonderful trip coordinator) and how there should be no disruption in our travel support while he was away. This proved to be important as we did have a mishap during our travels. Through no fault of the travel company, one of our tours was canceled. As soon as they were notified by the tour operator, the trip coordinator was in touch with us, explaining the situation and working hard to come up with alternative plans.
In addition to being well-qualified travel agents, the travel specialist and his colleagues are delightful people and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone planning a trip to the UK. Zicasso is fortunate to have them as a travel partner.
