Our trip with Zicasso’s travel company went very well. Our travel specialist was great to work with and we had a fabulous time. Previous trips were with classic travel companies using a packaged trip. Utilizing this travel company allowed us to choose where we wanted to go and determine the level of assistance we wanted based on our budget. If an excursion was changed or cancelled, they immediately worked with us to find an appropriate alternative. We will use this travel company for future trips.

Zicasso's travel company created a wonderful travel itinerary for our Scotland/Ireland two-week trip. The accommodations they booked for us were great and our drivers/guides were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation that will provide lasting memories.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip!!! The travel company's assistance was greatly appreciated in planning and providing us with great advice. All the hotels were lovely and their staff very helpful in providing guidance and assistance when requested. All the drivers were professional and very friendly, and all the tour guides were excellent and very personable throughout the trip. We really had an amazing time; the trip, the tours, and the food checked off everything on our “bucket list” in each location, yet we still had time to relax and just enjoy our surroundings.

Hotels were lovely, though perhaps a bit further away from walkable restaurants in two of our locations than was convenient. The help desk and the different tour guides and transfer drivers were proactive at communicating plans, giving good peace of mind.

Thank you for all of the help planning and then supporting us throughout our trip. The itinerary was planned to visit several villages and cities in Germany, then Paris and London. The transfers, train tickets, and hotel rooms all worked out perfectly. Even more notable was a death in my family, which caused us to delay and change the trip somewhat. Zicasso’s travel company was extremely supportive and again helped plan the trip with a few changes. I highly recommend the travel company.
