The trip was absolutely amazing! Zicasso's travel designer was very responsive when we encountered a few hiccups along the way. The only critique involved the pre-planning. I understand that the travel company was having some staffing issues, but the final itinerary and full set of plans were available very late for my liking.

This was my first time using Zicasso and I was impressed with the prompt and professional service. I have already recommended Zicasso to friends. We were traveling to Scotland for the first time and I wanted to work with a travel specialist in the UK. Zicasso set me up with two excellent specialists from two boutique travel companies. They both worked hard to offer interesting itineraries that stayed close to my budget.

I decided to work with our agent in Edinburgh. I would definitely work with him and his team again. He recommended accommodations and sights that I had not found in guidebooks, such as the retreat at Glen Dye, Dunnottar Castle, a private falconry experience (!), the hotel in Pitlochry, The Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry, and a restaurant in Edinburgh. Finally, our tour guide on the eat-walk tour in Edinburgh was perfect!

We all enjoyed using the app that our agency uses. The ability to message was very useful. And it was a wealth of information. Our agent and his team were always very responsive and helpful. Despite Storm Amy, we had a great time!
