We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!

We were lucky to witness elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, and even the elusive cheetah—all up close, with plenty of time to observe and take it all in.
