We had a great trip. There were some tiny glitches along the way, but that's to be expected. We saw most of what I had planned on. It was easy to work with our agent.

She was in constant contact with us and even when the airline canceled and rescheduled my flights home (twice) due to a strike by crew members, the travel specialist stayed with me through my entire trip home, which was several different legs to get me to San Francisco.
