My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire experience with Zicasso and the tour operator. From the initial exploration with Zicasso on the different things we wanted to experience during our time in Greece to the regular communication before, during, and after with the tour operator, we finished the trip feeling like we experienced everything we had hoped to experience at an extremely high level. We will definitely use this experience as a start for a continued relationship with Zicasso.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. All of the locations were great and met our expectations. A few of our hotel accommodations could have been a little bit better, but overall, they met our needs. The tours and our guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.

The river ride in Seville, Spain, was the only activity that wasn't very good, as it seemed more like a boat ride versus a tour. Also, the communications with the travel company in Greece and Spain were excellent. They provided all the information we needed via text and WhatsApp.

We were very pleased with Zicasso’s travel specialist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions.

Both locations were beautiful! I found the documents provided explaining the trip were very colorful and informative. Zicasso’s travel specialist was amazing and always checked in on us throughout the trip, and made sure the structure made sense in the design phase. This was the first time I had used a travel agent, so she was very patient with me as we communicated back and forth many times prior to the trip and in the design phase. She ensured everything was to our liking and that we cut through the noise and avoided any mistakes.

The trip was great. We really enjoyed the little chefs’ tour more than expected. The villas were beautiful as well. Our hotel in Athens was amazing and the food was so delicious.

If I had to pick any negative things, I would say that the rigidity of having pre-arranged rides everywhere was not ideal. We were nervous to rent a car and drive ourselves everywhere, but honestly, that might have been better to have the flexibility to go to different beaches or restaurants on our “free days.” Also, the high-speed ferry was a long travel day we did not really enjoy. But it was worth it to arrive in beautiful Crete.

All in all it was a great trip and Zicasso’s tour company was very easy to work with, and super-responsive to anything we needed. Thanks!

Zicasso's tour operator and the trip coordinator were top-notch. In the planning stages, they listened closely to what we wanted out of our trip and they custom-planned every detail, right down to pick-ups and drop-offs, our guides, and inter-island transfers. It was all perfect and I would highly recommend them—and I will certainly use Zicasso on our next trip.
