Phenomenal! The entire experience was unforgettable and my father and I felt very taken care of through the entire process. Zicasso’s travel agent was always very communicative and accommodating to our special requests. Her itinerary was fantastic, the accommodations and their staff were stellar, and our guide, who spoke excellent Spanish, was a delight and extremely knowledgeable. I never want to plan another trip without Zicasso’s travel specialist. I don’t think I would have been able to actually enjoy my trip if I had had to organize all of the logistics. There was such a peace of mind knowing the tour operator's team was paying attention to every message, every request, and every detail. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and professional, from the team members themselves to the professionals they hired for the excursions (i.e., drivers, guides, etc.).
