This was my second trip (Germany, Austria, before Croatia) and it was excellent. Zicasso’s travel specialist was able to adjust to problems on my end (injured back, travel partner cancellation) and offer solutions. The guides were great. The concierge was an unexpected surprise. Every interaction was warm, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring.

As a mom, I'm usually the planner, navigator, travel agent, and activities director for every family vacation. I spend so much time coordinating everyone else's experience that I rarely get to fully enjoy the trip myself. This was the first vacation where I was able to simply be present with my family and experience everything alongside them instead of managing every detail behind the scenes. That gift is difficult to put into words and it made all the difference.

My only disappointment is that they don't operate in every corner of the world because I truly cannot imagine traveling without them again.
