Ireland Travel Guide

The trip was perfect. Our Zicasso travel specialist handled all the planning and customized the trip to our preferences. In addition, our group size changed three times in the six months prior to the trip and she handled each change. The itinerary was the perfect blend of unique experiences and some free time. Hotels were great and our driver-guide was fantastic. Overall, 11 out of 10!

I chatted with our travel specialist about what we would like to do and our interests, and she customized a trip for us. We did not want to be part of a tour group of 20+ people. We preferred a more personalized experience.

The hotels were immaculate, with a great variety at breakfast and attentive staff. The tours and excursions were amazing, with extremely personable and knowledgeable guides. There was a great balance of tours, excursions, and free time to explore. All the details were compiled in a binder, with additional information to help us along the way. The attention to detail made our experience so much better.

Overall, trip planning was really nice and the end product of the trip was delightful. Zicasso's travel specialist had good questions and timely suggestions for different activities. We really found the drivers delightful and the vehicle was perfect for our family and needs.

We went through a number of iterations and she always had wonderful ideas and suggestions, allowing us to design our dream vacation. Another team member was also awesome to work with, making sure everything was executed as planned.

When I developed some issues with my hip a month before our travel, she worked with the hotels, drivers, and tour guides to assist with my limited abilities. The communication was always very responsive. There were no travel issues. Everything happened as planned.

The entire trip went smoothly and was exceptional, as the daily plans, including hotels, places to visit, and the local guides, were very satisfactory and met the expectations of high-end travelers such as us. Great trip organized by Zicasso's travel specialist, and constant communication with us during the entire trip by another member of the travel company's team (while the travel specialist was on leave) was just great, with every detail planned out and executed very well.
