The hotels and tours arranged by Zicasso’s tour company were all very good.

From start to finish, this trip was amazing. Zicasso's travel specialists worked with us to plan exactly what we wanted and were clear about every aspect of our journey. Payment was very easy and updates were available frequently.

Our travel specialist was always one step ahead of us during the trip because the weather didn’t always cooperate. She had alternatives worked out for us before we even thought of it. Our guides were amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and fun! I highly recommend this company and will use them next year for Portugal!

It was, overall, a pretty seamless process. The Zicasso team provided a great itinerary, but they were able to make adjustments. They were pretty responsive and patient with our questions before we left and they were also pretty responsive while traveling.

There were no major hiccups and the ones that occurred were promptly resolved. The main issues, I think, were related to the fact that their main support team, which we were in contact with, was US-based, so there was sometimes a lag in some communications while abroad. Then they used their own email address and my phone number for contact information when booking a lot of things, so confirmation or update messages went to them (again, we'd get them forwarded with a bit of a delay due to time zones). I'm unsure if anyone tried to call me because I had an eSIM with no phone number access, except through WhatsApp. Those things could be easily addressed, though. I also think a couple of the issues were maybe the fault of a second party they worked with in Greece.

Overall, I would work with them again.

I felt confident in the Zicasso travel specialist's support if I needed help. I was able to alter plans as desired before we departed from home, which felt good. And if I was undecided, advice and opinions were offered.

Slovenia is a beautiful country and the capital, Ljubljana, is picturesque. The old town was the cleanest European city we have ever visited. The hotel there was hands down our favorite hotel of the trip. The building was so unique and the renovation was very well done. The staff was exemplary and the breakfast was delicious. But it was Croatia (again) that was the most interesting and intriguing country to tour.

It was a wonderful vacation! Zicasso’s travel company was very responsive and extremely organized. The agency made planning very easy and enjoyable, and they listened to our requests. Communication was clear and all transfers and tours were amazing. Great experience!
