Our trip with Zicasso’s travel company was perfect from beginning to end. Their staff contacted us via WhatsApp daily to make sure we were fully aware of the time and place for pick-ups and activities. They answered questions immediately. They managed to upgrade us to a deluxe two-floor suite at the nicest resort I’ve ever seen. They perfectly captured what we were looking for when planning this trip. The accommodations, travel arrangements, and excursions were all upscale. The travel specialist is extraordinary to work with.

I also want to mention that we had to cancel the same trip in 2025 due to illness. The travel company was fantastic to work with in ironing out all those details and then rebooking our trip.

We loved our trip. Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company did a great job.

There was a mix-up with one of our excursions and we did not like the change in itinerary, but he refunded our prepaid money, even though the on-site tour company would not give a refund... very outstanding service.

With regards to the trip, all hotels and recommendations were perfect. I would definitely recommend this travel company!
