Zicasso's travel specialist did a very thorough job planning an itinerary that fit our hotel preferences and activities. He arranged drivers, luggage transfers, all train/transportation vouchers, and all hotel arrangements, with recommendations for alternate activities and restaurants in all locations.

It exceeded expectations.

Overall, the trip was a huge success and we had an amazing time in Italy and Switzerland! It was also a complex trip, as we had two families, including children (nine people in total), and visited five locations over a two-week period.

The itinerary was very well organized and thoughtfully planned, and we did not experience any significant issues throughout the trip. The hotels, for the most part, were excellent and all in very good locations. The drivers were reliable and professional, and most of the guides were outstanding.

Zicasso's travel specialists were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, we felt very well supported before and during the trip.
