Switzerland Travel Guide

Overall, this was a seamless experience. I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel specialist enough. He planned the perfect trip! He was a great listener, very organized, and responsive. I would recommend him a million percent! This was likely the best trip we have ever been on! Train tickets/hotels/locations all perfection!

I had the pleasure of working with Zicasso’s travel specialist and the team. They were phenomenal in the way they customized our vacation to what we were looking for. It started off with a phone interview and asking our interests and then it was tailored to be one of the most memorable vacations.

The travel specialist and his team were always available via a messaging app and they would check up on us daily to make sure everything was going as planned. We wanted to add a few things, which they were able to address promptly. Truly a concierge service. Would recommend them to everyone.

Zicasso's travel specialist spent ample time talking with me by phone to understand what I wanted from the itinerary. Willing to make changes until right. Offered personal experience traveling with kids in Italy. Less experience/recommendations for the parts of Switzerland we traveled (Grindelwald). Was flexible in allowing us to rent our own Airbnb for one segment since four-star hotels were not available in Varenna, Italy.

Hotel selections were excellent in space for our family of four's needs. Unpredictable heat wave made our hotel in Grindelwald without AC a challenge, but was otherwise perfectly located, with great service.

Appreciated proactive WhatsApp messages the night prior, with contact info for the next day, e.g., driver or tour guide, but they were inconsistent and would have been desired for arrival pickup at the airport especially. Transfer time to Venice airport was needlessly early (four hours prior to departure) for a 20-minute taxi ride at 5:30 a.m., which I didn't catch until the night prior.

Pricing was fair.

Overall would use Zicasso’s travel company again for Italy or their home base, Croatia.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his whole team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy. While we were traveling, if we had any questions at all, we could text them and we almost always had a response within just a few short minutes.

The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.

We will definitely use them again for a trip like this.

Zicasso’s travel company provided excellent travel advice, hotel recommendations and reservations, travel, luggage transfers, and activities. They quickly resolved an issue we had in Grindelwald where the hotel had no air conditioner by arranging car transport to Zermatt and additional nights in Zermatt. We truly enjoyed our Switzerland trip. The staff of the travel company from start to end were very responsive and helpful.

The trip was great, and so was Zicasso’s travel specialist and his level of service. The view at our hotel in Wengen was magnificent. He did an amazing job with our itinerary and was available anytime we needed guidance on getting from one place to another. I can’t say enough good things about him.
